Our Designers are masters of their art. They will pull together all facets of your project to create your perfect aesthetic. We’ll provide options and listen to feedback. Ultimately you live in your home, not us, so it’s important that you’re satisfied with every detail.
Budgeting/Estimating
Keeping your project within your budget is critical during the design process. That’s why we involve a contractor early in your project to advise on costs and constructability. Our builders are all seasoned and capable of guiding your project towards constructability.
Material Selections
From countertops to lighting, our Design team will provide finish material options to fit your vision. Making your selections before getting construction bids saves time, headache, and helps to lock in your costs.
Permitting
Permit approvals are often complex and include multiple departments. Drafting Cafe has applied for hundreds of permits on behalf of our clients. We have the knowledge and experience to assure that your drawings and your application go through smoothly.
